Distant Healing with Reiki and Crystals

Reiki and Crystals: Crystals are a wonderful tool to use during Reiki sessions to both assist with the healing and amplify the energies being delivered to the person receiving the healing sessions. In addition to adding the crystals’ high-vibe energies to the session, crystals can also be used like a surrogate for distant healing sessions and programmed to assist you with this type of Reiki healing too.

This method of Reiki distant healing is particularly useful for children and animals (who struggle to sit still 😉 ). By infusing a crystal, like you would with the surrogate method, and placing it near the child or pet will allow healing to take place.

Choosing foods, preferably raw and organic, that have specific vibrations that correspond to your chakras help to raise that chakra’s vibration, bringing it into an optimal state! One of my best things about energy medicine is that you can address issues in your energetic field before they manifest as physical ailments in your body – and there are so many natural ways to do this!!

Solar Plexus Chakra: Physical and Energetic Physique

physical and psychological physique of the solar plexus chakraHappy Tuesday Lovelies!  Continuing today with our beautiful personal powerhouse, our Solar Plexus Chakra – last week we explored some of the areas of our lives governed by this centre. Today, let’s have a look at some of the common physical and mental (psychological) imbalances in this centre.

Common physical symptoms of an unbalanced Solar Plexus Chakra: digestive and intestinal disorders, stomach ulcers, indigestion, food allergies, eating disorders, poor metabolism, diabetes, obesity, eczema, acne, and other stress-related skin conditions.
Common psychological symptoms of an unbalanced S.P Chakra: chronic fatigue, control issues, rage and passivity, stress and anxiety.

Self-Love Sauna Combo: Release negativity and feel energised.

essential oils to release negativity Happy Saturday Beauties!!🍉If you’ve been following me for a while now, you’ll know that I regularly like do a total MBS (mind/body/soul) detox and cleanse in the sauna at my local gym!

💦Getting rid of excess and negative energy is so essential for whole health.💦The last few times I’ve gone, I’ve taken these three beauties to assist me with the flushing and removal of unwanted energy gunk, and I’m absolutely loving how energised I’m feeling afterwards (usually I get a little sleepy with a mild headache).🌿

💧Breathe opens my passage ways and assists the releasing process,
💧Balance keeps me grounded and connected to Earth, directing the flow of energy toxins out of my body,
💧and Clary Sage helps me release any self-limiting beliefs and opens me up to new ideas and possibilities! 💗

While I’m cooling down, I use Grapefruit eo which reminds me to appreciate, love and accept my physical body ensuring that my relationship with myself stays positive!
💗So how do I use these in the sauna?? I simply take a facial tissue, fold it in half and then in half again, dab a little oil from the dropper of the bottle onto the tissue – Breathe, Balance and Clary Sage together (next to eachother on the tissue) and simply place it next to you in the sauna. The heat from the sauna will disperse the scent into the air around you.

Food Therapy for the Sacral Chakra

Sacral Chakra food Did you know that choosing foods that have specific vibrations corresponding to your chakras can help raise that chakra’s vibration – healing, balancing and energising it?

One of my best things about energy medicine is that you can address issues in your energetic field before they manifest as physical ailments in your body! There are so many natural ways to do this, and food therapy – eating for your chakras – is just one of them!! 🙌🌿💕

So, if you’re feeling like your Sacral Chakra needs a little TLC, or you battle with any of the emotional/physical discomforts associated with the Sacral Chakra (see first Sacral Chakra post in feed 👇), try including some of these foods into your diet;
~ sweet potato
~ pumpkin
~ carrots
~ oranges
~ any foods related to water or with a high water content
~ foods that benefit the reproductive system or that nourish the sexual/creativity centre
~ fats and oils
~ fish – especially wild salmon
~ nuts & seeds: almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews, sunflower and pumpkin seeds
~ melons, mangos, strawberries, passion fruit, oranges, tangerines, and coconut
~ Honey is also super beneficial for this centre

So how do you know if you have an imbalance in this centre?

~ dependency issues (in relationships)

I am Base Chakra!

The Base Chakra gets its red colour by the slow frequency at which it spins (vibrates). ❤️ Located at the base of your spine (or tail bone) your Base Chakra represents your 5 basic survival needs; food, shelter, sleep, clothing, and love.

Your Base Chakra influences; how you think and physically feel in and about your body, what you think about other people’s bodies (judgment and criticism) how safe and secure you feel in your home, surroundings, world, etc how open-minded you are to thoughts, opinions and other perspectives, or if you hold preconceived ideas and judgments ‼️how responsible you are for your own life, how effectively you organise and prioritise tasks in your life ✔️ and your connection to the Earth, Gaia, animals and other people.

So, how do you know if you have a balanced or imbalanced in this centre??
⭕️ Balanced Base Chakra – “I have a healthy physical body and I feel safe and supported in my life. I feel beautifully connected to my body, my human life and the Earth”
❌ Imbalanced Base Chakra – “I have an unhealthy physical body and I do not feel safe or supported in my life. I feel disconnected, ungrounded and cut off from the world”.

♨️ When your Base chakra becomes unbalanced, you may feel “stuck”, as if you just can’t seem to move forward in life. You may feel ungrounded, with a depleting sense of self.

Common psychological symptoms of an unbalanced Base chakra: feeling ungrounded, difficulty in focusing on tasks, feelings of being unstable, addictions, obsessive compulsive disorder, and depression.

Common physical symptoms of an unbalanced Base chakra: Chronic lower back pain, sciatica, varicose veins, constipation, diarrhea, rectal/anal problems, impotence, water retention, and problems with groin, hips, legs, knees, calves, ankles, and feet.

Wellness Toolkit: No more Morning Sickness!

img_4258Hello Lovelies! If you’re Preggy, or already a momma you’ll know that Morning Sickness can be a pretty yucky symptom!
There are some lucky ladies who don’t suffer from it, but for the most here’s a natural, Holistic toolkit to ease Morning Sickness and the nausea that comes with it:
🌿Ginger, Peppermint and Lemon EO’s all alleviate discomfort in our digestive systems and promote uplifted moods. Diffuse or inhale aroma from bottle, but I advise against investing oils during pregnancy.
💎Holding citrine, dioptase, green fluorite, obsidian, sapphire and or tiger’s eye until feelings of nausea and vomiting subside. Laying down with the stones lined up from your sacral to your throat chakras – from just below your navel up to your throat – for 10-15 mins with your oils diffusing will help you manage that awful morning sickness and have you feeling a little more normal and a little less frazzled.
