As I sat down to do my morning routine, I was immediately moved to do this #mondaymandala for you all! It seems that this week is going to be a heart chakra week, finding balance in our emotions and taking the time to honour and nurture these emotions! 💞 Balancing our emotions can often be incredibly tricky but whether grieving the loss of a loved one, dealing with uncomfortable situations, nursing a broken heart or just having difficulty “digesting” what’s happening in your life – take the time to nurture yourself and know that you are loved.

Open your heart and have more compassions for yourself, and others. Take a stroll by a river, go for a swim in the ocean or take a long bath ~ water, like our emotions, cleanses us and purifies our minds, bodies and energetic bodies (our soul) from any negative energy toxins. 🌊 Our beautiful healing crystals assist the release and healing of these areas.
