Understanding our chakras, and how they work with our physical and emotional bodies gives us a visual to maintain balance within our lives, catching the the signs of stress and unhappiness early on, and preventing the manifestation of unwanted emotions, stress, events, and dis-ease.
Understanding yourself on a deeper level, in a more complete and accurate way, will allow you to identify the areas of your life that you’re unhappy in, or are unbalanced, and work to bring more balance and happiness to those areas! ✨🙏🏼
Over the next few weeks we’re going to have a closer look at each of these 7 main chakras and the human issues and qualities that live within each of them. When working on, healing and balancing the chakras, we always work from the bottom of the chakra system, up to the top (red to violet). As we learn about these 7 areas of our life (our 7 chakras), I’ll take you through some simple self-healing exercises that you can use to bring more joy and balance into these areas! ✅
