Crystals for Breast Cancer

Hello Lovelies! It’s Breast Cancer awareness month this month, and instead of doing my weekly Mandala I wanted to share some crystals to help with the prevention and treatment of Breast cancer.

💗 Breast Cancer, or any Cancer, can be a particularly difficult time emotionally, physically and energetically! Before I talk Crystals, I want to discuss the manifestation of Breast cancer in our bodies.

🌸 Metaphysically, our breasts represent our mothering principle, to nurture (ourselves and others) and to receive nourishment in return. Often, when there are problems with this area (and the heart chakra), we find ourselves “over-mothering” either a person or a situation – ask yourself, what are you not allowing to happen naturally? What can you not let go of? Perhaps you are having a hard time dealing with allowing your kids to grow up, become independent and lead lives of their own? perhaps you feel that you’re stuck in a relationship where you are being “mothered”? Are you particularly overprotective, overbearing and smothering in your relationships, yet you don’t take the time to care for yourself?
💕 This is a particularly difficult topic to discuss, and it applies to both men and women! When a Cancer is involved, it often indicates a deep resentment in this area – do you hold a bitterness towards your mother for being over-bearing? Often these are not things that we think about and allow to sink deep within us. I know it’s hard to often face these hurts Lovelies, but the freedom that comes once we release them is totally worth it!

💗 So, in honour of the prevention of breast cancer, here are some beautiful crystals and essential oils to keep with you and a loving affirmation that will speak to your heart centre and make sure you remember to love and nurture yourself! 💕

🌸 Amethyst is a well-known crystal to help the body back to a state of health and normalcy, especially from a bout with cancer.  Worn as a pendant, it will send loving healing energies to the entire body throughout the day.  As a cluster, Amethyst is a great piece to keep your house or bedroom.  Amethyst carries a high spiritual vibration, making it excellent for all types of crisis.
🌸 Another stone that I consider helpful specifically for breast cancer is Rose Quartz.  Rose Quartz is the premier crystal associated with the Higher Heart Chakra, with a strong influence on the breast area.  This soothing but powerful healing crystal lends gentle, loving support to those with cancer.  Rose Quartz also carries the physical healing property of absorbing negative energies from the body, making it perfect for grid work on the body.  Emotionally, Rose Quartz offers its high healing vibration to assist one in working through all types of grief.
🌸 Smokey Quartz is another crystal that is helpful for those with cancer, drawing negative energies out of the body.  Smokey Quartz is known for its ability to absorb and ground negative energies out of the body, and into the earth to be transmuted.  These properties make Smokey Quartz a great support crystal for those undergoing chemo and radiation therapies.
🌸 Master Healer, Clear Quartz for its master healing vibrations and its ability to focus and amplify one’s healing intent.  Clear Quartz can be used with any other crystals to greatly amplify those energies.  The most important property of Clear Quartz is its ability to work on all levels of being (mind, body and soul).  As most diseases begin as a disruption of vibrational energy, Clear Quartz works on this level while influencing the physical energies at the same time.  Clear Quartz functions as an excellent energy cleanser, which helps maintain a clear energy field as the body fights the cancer.
